Function

As Sales Advisor, you are responsible for selling Toyota cars, both to private and fleet customers.

• You actively prospect for new customers.
• You inform and advise (potential) customers in a correct manner. You build up a relationship of trust and ensure optimum customer satisfaction.
• You ensure that test drives run smoothly.
• You closely follow up on interested parties.
• You are the "Brand Ambassador" in the showroom, during events and via social media.
• You ensure that the showroom is always in order, that the vehicles look neat and with the necessary information.
• You perform the necessary administrative tasks associated with the sales process.
• You ensure the delivery of the vehicles to customers.
• You report to the Sales Manager.

Profile

• You have a strong interest in the automotive sector and in Toyota and/or Lexus in particular.
• You are a go-getter, strongly results-oriented and have the will to succeed. You detect opportunities and take action.
• You put the customer first and stand for a personalised approach.
• You have demonstrable successful sales experience.
• You have a neat appearance.
• You have a hands-on mentality.
• You are stress resistant and know how to set priorities.
• You have strong communication skills in Dutch and/or French and knowledge of English.
