Internship Digital - Customer Experience/Marketing


Internship (3 to 6 months) - starting June or July 2021

Work daily with Toyota Lexus ‘Digital’ team: working with the digital team, in particular:

  • Website updates for both sites;
  • Answer internal request and organise with digital agencies;
  • SEO website optimisation;
  • Ensure best CX possible by proposing website optimisation on the basis of analytics (Hotjar, Content Square and Google Analytics);
  • Campaign: contribute to Toyota business dev by preparing the briefings on the 'campaigns changes’ for website manager validation;
  • Support the marketing and corporate image, namely Toyota Motor Europe projects like Olympics games Beyond Zero (no emission)… on a day to day basis;
  • Monitor performance, follow up on KPIS, update report.


  • Just graduated from digital training school or program or about to (or in his last learning years)
  • Reliable, structured, organised, solution oriented
  • Sense of detail and quality delivering
  • Customer centric, with notions of CX and UX
  • Interest for the Automotive industry
  • Ideally have a knowledge or use of Google Analytics tools, hotjar, Content Square.


  • You will be part of a young and lively Customer Experience and Marketing department where you will learn from others – product management, conquest and loyalty team.
  • You will also get a chance to pilot small projects, work as a team and progress together.
