Toyota Belgium is currently looking for a Loyalty Campaign Manager.

Fonction

The purpose of the Loyalty Campaign Manager is to plan, manage and execute in-life campaigns (1-2-1 communication…) & initiatives (loyalty program…). These campaigns must participate to business and marketing objectives in enhancing customer satisfaction & value (cross/up-sell).
The campaign manager must assure:
- the brand values and look&feel are guaranteed in all communication deliverables
- the messages are consistent throughout all touchpoints, and consistent over time

He/she typically collaborates with an external communication/creative agency. He/she will brief, oversee & follow-up their work ensuring qualitative deliverables within budget and timing.

Job role & responsibilities:

- Helped by the Head of Customer Loyalty define the objectives of the campaign & calculate the intended ROI of the campaign.
- Support the head of customer loyalty in developing customer lifetime value strategies ensuring maximum profitability, customer experiences & channel integration.
- Develop comprehensive overall campaign briefing – based on Toyota & Lexus customer needs & behaviour - to the external agencies. Define clear context and objectives in written briefings.
- Manage, coordinate & follow-up internal (e.g. websites,…) & external stakeholders (agencies) for the implementation of campaigns (1-2-1 communication…) & initiatives (loyalty program…) towards our customer within budget, timing and with the required quality (e.g. information on the latest products, after sales campaigns,…)/
- Oversee the work of creation, animation, production, copy…
- Create & ensure brand consistency & customer relevancy across messages and touchpoints keeping 1 story.
- When needed, report to Toyota Motor Europe/Inchcape on international objectives, strategies and material for campaigns.
- Evaluate agencies and build strong and long term partnership for optimal efficiency.
- Follow-up Loyalty communications from competition.
- Manage 121 campaign calendar, with focus on customer pressure and campaign priorities.
- Align with team to identify business & customer opportunities, on gathering insights, improving customer value or experience.
- Report on campaign results, identifying areas for improvement or opportunities to increase CV.

Profil

Education/Experience:
-
Master degree in marketing or communication – or equivalent / Equivalent with experience.
- Min 5 years of experience in managing campaigns for mid-sized or big brands (at advertiser or at agency side).


Required competences:
- Very good project management knowledge, use of project management tools and processes
- Budget management
- Excellent communication skills : written and verbal. Preferably in 3 languages
- Creative skills
- Knowledge of Belgian and Luxemburg media landscape incl social media and digital media
- Managing external suppliers and giving clear feedback
- Knowledge of direct marketing, managing multiple channels
- Knowledge of Marketing Cloud tool
