A DYNAMIC HR Business Partner

You will be part of a HR team Belux, where we are supporting our business leaders and colleagues to meet their strategical objectives

Functie

  • You will provide HR advice and support to your assigned client group, implement group and local HR policies, act as an ambassador for the implementation of tools and be the HR expert for your own business portfolio.
  • You will act as a key enabler to support various HR projects and programs to drive and deliver the HR agenda.
  • You will work with the business line to meet their strategic resourcing needs and collaborate with Talent Acquisition to manage recruitment within designated procedures. You will be responsible for the identification of recruitment needs and manage approvals within the hiring approval process.
  • You will conduct regular career development interviews with identified staff and complete feedback records after each meeting. You will identify and support the initiatives of the talent program, succession planning and internship programs. Additionally, you will be facilitating internal mobility and embed the group’s values and code of conduct to adhere with the highest standards of ethics. You will also be in charge of handling employee relations and performance management issues, applying policies and guidelines and escalating cases when necessary.
  • You will identify communication needs and actively participate in internal communication.
  • You will collaborate with your internal L&D partner and external providers to support managers in the analysis of training needs, in order to identify and provide training solutions to employees.
  • You will support the year end performance management, working closely with the HR Director and Compensation and Benefits partner during the annual performance and pay review salary and bonus cycle. You will actively participate in the annual job matching exercise and regularly conduct compensation analysis to highlight key areas of concern in assigned business groups.

Profiel

  • You hold a degree and have 5-10 years of experience in HR, like in distribution, manufacturing and/or a retail environment.
  • You have analytical skills and are able to assess people and situations objectively.
  • You have a good understanding of Belgian and Luxembourg Employment Law and local regulation.
  • Values like trust, collaboration, looking ahead, leading the way for others and customer orientation are inbedded in your ways of working.
  • You have a good knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
  • You are trilingual English/Dutch/French and have excellent communication skills.
