Toyota Belgium is looking for an Accessories, Services & Parts Assistant (temporary replacement)

Functie

The purpose of the Accessories, Services & Parts Assistant is to offer administrative support to the division Accessories, Parts & Service Marketing of Toyota and Lexus Belux. He/she will have the following tasks:

  • Invoice direct deliveries
  • Support programs such as Online Service Booking, Road assistance and Tyre program
  • Support Intranet communication
  • Support information of our network (mail & phone)
  • Support administration related to Aftersales
  • Make reports & analyse on various items

Job role and responsibilities:

  • Offer administrative support to the division: you make sales reports in Excel, you translate texts and make sure they are in the correct layout, you regularly update the price lists, you organise technical trainings etc.
  • Ensure a smooth communication to both the internal stakeholders and the network of official distributors and repairers. You manage t-link, the intranet between Toyota and the dealers. You answer phone calls and emails of the dealers and address your management if necessary.
  • Responsible for the briefing of our digital platforms for Parts & Accessories: the tyre portal, online service booking etc.
  • Assist in actions and their follow-up, such as the translation/correction of the catalogue.
  • Manage the invoicing of a number of suppliers (for example creating PO numbers).

Profiel

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor degree and preferably a first experience in a similar role.

Skills required:

  • Strong communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and can work well within deadlines.
  • Work autonomously
  • Flexible
  • Customer-oriented
  • Real team player
  • Work well with MS Office.
  • Bilingual Dutch/French. Knowledge of English is a plus.
