Head of Sales & Aftersales


Toyota Belgium S.A. is part of the Inchcape plc Group (, which represents one of the strongest brands in the automotive sector and is the official distributor of Toyota and Lexus cars, accessories and spare parts in Belgium and Luxembourg. Toyota Belgium headquarters is based in Zaventem.

Toyota Belgium is looking for a Head of Sales & Aftersales.


  • You develop and execute the yearly strategic sales and after sales action plans of Toyota in relation with the business performance director to achieve sales and after sales targets in line with Inchcape targets and expand our customer base in a sustainable way.
  • You are the end responsible for the sales (products, finance and insurance) of Toyota to private customers: set sales goals, track progress and lead the team to achieve and exceed these targets.
  • You are the end responsible for the sales of parts & accessories to the end customers: set sales goals, track progress and lead the team to achieve and exceed these targets.
  • You are leading and managing a team of 7 regional managers to ensure business stability, growth and provide a predictable environment for the business.
  • You are able to detect trends and developments in order to translate them into opportunities for Toyota.
  • Assure continued successful operations through effective management, retention, selection, training, development and motivation of the regional managers.
  • You are the main sales and after sales contact point for the dealers and support them in reaching their targets.
  • You are responsible to maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction (dealers and private customers) on sales and after sales level.
  • You work closely with the other departments in order to build the best possible solutions for the dealers.



  • 10+ years of experience in a sales/after sales role. Automotive knowledge is a plus.
  • Experience in working with independent franchise dealers.
  • 5+ years of people management experience.
  • Track record of exceeding previous targets.
  • Knowledge of inventory control and management.
