Toyota Belgium is looking for a Website Manager!
The website manager will develop and implement a detailed plan, linked to the overall marketing strategy plan, on how to develop the digital platforms for Toyota & Lexus (Toyota.be, Toyota.lu, Lexus.be, Lexus.lu, dealer websites, apps,…) to support global business and marketing objectives.
Therefore, he will plan, maintain, design, implement and optimize the platforms. The manager will have to take care of or guarantee the quality of the contents, updating information layouts and functionality of the platforms.
He will work collaboratively across the Toyota/Lexus organization to meet the needs of different internal and external audiences.
The manager is responsible to maximise the defined KPI’s (conversion, time spend on the website,…) of the different platforms,
The role includes responsibility for several website projects that might be initiated by Toyota Motor Europe or Inchcape. The manager will analyse opportunities, advise on the opportunities of these projects for Belgium and Luxembourg to the management.
Job role and responsibilities:
1. Website strategy & development roadmap
Define website objectives, goals
Have a clear vision on the customer journey which should be defined
Set up yearly/quarter development roadmap/timeline (including budget)
Create strategies to grow web metrics.
2. Monitor, assess & understand website performance
Gather data (customer feedback, analytics,…)
Analyze information
Build reporting & cockpit
Define recommendations
Keep up-to-date with industry best practice and monitor competitor website
3. Optimize website performance
Improve the User Experience of the website regularly (via deep dive analysis, customer feedbacks, Toyota Motor Europe, Lexus Motor Europe,…)
Increase wished conversion rate by all means
4. Website maintenance & performance
Ensure website functionality and perform software updates, Assure testing of the website
Respond to and troubleshoot all website issues
Identify and respond to all website security breaches
Ensure that the website is protected by enabling the appropriate security measures
Ensure domain registration and hosting are ok. Manage closely all administration topics related to it
Oversee the design and development of any other new system requirement that may affect the website, particularly integration of CRM or data needs
5. Content development
Develop and/or update content briefed by internal stakeholders (campaign managers, product managers,…)
Oversee the development of written and visual content
6. Manage, implement & follow up timeline & when needed reassess the priorities with the management highlighting the risk and the opportunities
7. Be the website Toyota/Lexus Motor Europe point of contact & ensure strong collaboration with them
8. Owned media
Define & manage SEO
Align with media manager on the optimization of the digital paid media & digital owned media (SEO)
9. Define, manage & optimize partner ecosystem & budget (Toyota Motor Europe, Lexus Motor Europe, content integration partners, UX analytics partner, analytics, hosting,….)
