The Toyota Academy Officer will coordinate and monitor the administration and organization of all Toyota training programs to ensure the smooth running of the trainings.

Job role and responsibilities:

  1. Assist in the practical organization of the courses:

o Assist with the preparation of the training plans & determining the practical content of the courses

o Advise distributors / repairers on their local training plan

o Practical organization of the classroom training & follow-up

o Support the network when using internal programs for trainings (TConnect)

o Keep the training offer up to date

o Prepare and update various user manuals

  1. Taking care of the administration of all courses:

o Organize and execute the training administration

o Follow Key User training courses at Toyota Motor Europe to master Tconnect

o Follow Toyota Motor Europe courses

o Draw up and publish communications regarding the courses offered

o Create the courses in the Toyota Motor Europe system

o Send out invitations and create class lists

o Follow-up of registrations and report to the responsible department

o Follow invoice of the courses and deal with absence penalties

o Monitor the standards with regard to training and submit reports to the field team in connection with meeting the standards

o Draw up the evaluation forms & organization and planning of evaluation procedures, tests and exams

o Create and update the certificates and passports

o Update the various certifications in TConnect

o Participate in the development of the improvement of the administration

o Maintain contacts with Toyota Motor Europe and our direct training partners

o Follow-up of the administration with Cevora in connection with the subsidies of approved recurring training courses

  1. Creation and follow up of users

o Support the dealer network with regards to the creation of new users

o Monitor the functions in the network



  • Previous working experience in organization of trainings for staff
  • Min professional Bachelor's degree

Knowledge & required competences:

  • Knowledge of supply / demand in the training market
  • Knowledge of administration of projects
  • Insight into presentation techniques
  • Very good communication skills
  • Fluent in Dutch, French and English (spoken and written)
  • Ability to work on projects
  • Talent and interest in punctual administrative work
  • Insight into the functioning of a distribution network and a concession is a plus
  • Solution oriented
  • Great sense of organization
  • Very accurate in the administration
  • Creative & flexible
