Toyota Belgium is looking for a Fleet Dealer Development Manager


As Toyota and Lexus, we want to achieve maximum customer satisfaction so that we are ‘top of mind’ with our customers when they want to purchase a car or when they need their car serviced. The purpose of the Fleet Dealer Development Manager is to support the regional Business Centres (+).

Job role and responsibilities:

  • You follow up on and guide our Business Centres (+) in your region.
  • Ensure that the Business Centers in your region achieve their quantitative and qualitative objectives in accordance with the convention you have drawn up.
  • Coaching, supervising and training the fleet managers in the areas of TCO, taxation, prospecting, follow-up, use of the fleet tools, within the Business Centres in your region.
  • Providing tools to optimise sales to companies (TCO, CRM,...).
  • You are responsible for realising the commercial growth objectives in your region.
  • You actively prospect new potential customers together with the Business Centers so that they include our products in their car policy.
  • You represent our brand at trade fairs and events, both localy (together with the Business Centers) as nationaly (Fleet events, Brussels Motorshow,…)
  • You are supported by a professional back office team and report to the Head of Fleet.



  • Minimum bachelor degree.
  • You have already achieved successes in B2B sales and were able to exceed your targets.
  • Fleet or B2B experience in the automotive sector is an asset, but not a necessity.

Skills required:

  • You have the reputation of a reliable Business Partner with whom customers like to do business.
  • You work very goal- and result-oriented.
  • You like challenges and propose solutions.
  • You have excellent social and communication skills.
  • Providing the best customer service is very important to you.
  • You are familiar with the most common software (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint etc.).
  • You have an excellent knowledge of French and a very good knowledge of Dutch and English.
