Accessories, Services & Parts Marketing Manager


Supported by the head of Acc. Services & Parts Product Management to define the yearly AFS communication plan and strategy.

Support the head of Acc. Services & Parts Product Management in developing the customer strategy and define a value proposition for accessories, services and parts business.

Responsible for the AFS campaigns and communications. (e.g. seasonal campaigns, AFS mailings (DM/eDM), MIS communication, Eurocare)

  • Develop comprehensive overall campaign briefing – based on Toyota & Lexus customer needs & behaviour - to the external agencies and Loyalty Team
  • Coordinate & follow-up the AFS campaigns & communications together with Loyalty team & agencies
  • Ensure implementation of the communication on all digital channels (website, social media, OSB, …) – bringing one consistent & coherent message cross channels
  • Measure the results & efficiency of communication campaign
  • Inform the network/internal stakeholders on AFS communications
  • Oversee the budget & timing

Support CRM & Loyalty team in database set-up for AFS campaigns + analyses of results

Responsible for the AFS communication materials, tools and POS materials (e.g. WCW brochures, cards, vouchers, …)

Ensure relevancy of the accessory, services and parts content through various digital channels (website), Create & ensure consistency across AFS messages and touchpoints keeping 1 story

Together with Loyalty team define and improve the structural communications send to our customers and in line with the customer journey ( e.g. Welcome mailing, MOT communication, MIS communication, Eurocare, OSB)

Responsible for the AFS communication budget (MIS, Eurocare) Dealer invoicing of the service products + follow-up supplier invoicing

Measure the impact of the communication campaign (Kaizen)

Get in touch with Toyota Motor Europe and Lexus Europe VC Teams. Prepare AFS reporting/slides for Exec meetings.



  • Master degree in marketing or communication and have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a marketing related position – or Equivalent with experience
  • Relevant knowledge of and/or experience in Automotive & After Sales (parts, accessories and automotive services) is a plus

  • You are fluent in Dutch & French and have a very good knowledge of English
  • You have a good knowledge of MS Office (Excel/Word/PPT)
  • Very good project management knowledge, use of project management tools and processes
